Participant / Exhibitor Rules

 + Registration
  - Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and may be required.
  - Day-of-show entries must follow posted check-in times and availability.
  - Have confirmation (printed or digital) ready upon arrival.

 + Display Requirements
  - Vehicles must be parked as directed by event staff.
  - Please display your vehicle with:
    * Hood open
    * Trunk/deck lid open (if applicable)
    * Windows rolled down

 + Cleanliness & Presentation
  - Vehicles should be clean and show-ready upon arrival.
  - Remove all personal items from view, including:
    * Sunglasses
    * Cups/bottles
    * Bags or loose items

 + Arrival & Departure Safety
  - Follow all posted speed limits and staff directions.
  - No revving engines, burnouts, or reckless driving.
  - Enter and exit the event area slowly and safely.
  - Early departures may be restricted during peak show hours.

 + Event Conduct
  - Respect fellow participants, spectators, and staff.
  - Keep music at a reasonable level unless approved.
  - No unsafe or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

 + General Guidelines
  - Judges’ decisions are final.
  - Event staff reserve the right to reposition or refuse any vehicle.
  - Participation implies agreement with all event rules and safety guidelines.
