Merchant Rules * Registration & Approval - Pre-registration is required unless prior approval is given. - All vendors must be approved by event organizers. - Required permits, licenses, and insurance must be provided if applicable. * Setup & Booth Space - Vendors must arrive during assigned setup times. - Booths must be set up in designated areas as directed by event staff. - All displays, tents, and equipment must remain within your assigned space. - Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents, and setup materials. * Power & Equipment - Vendors must supply their own power unless otherwise specified. - Quiet generators are strongly recommended if used. - All electrical equipment must be safe and in good working condition. * Cleanliness & Appearance - Booths must be clean, organized, and presentable at all times. - Keep all merchandise neatly displayed and secured. - Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during and after the event. * Arrival & Departure - Follow all load-in and load-out instructions from event staff. - No early teardown unless approved by organizers. - Vehicles must be moved to designated parking after unloading. - Drive slowly and safely when entering or exiting the event area. * Sales & Conduct - Clearly display pricing for all items. - Conduct business in a professional and respectful manner. - No sale of prohibited or unauthorized items. - No alcohol sales unless specifically approved. * Event Conduct - Be respectful to fellow vendors, participants, and guests. - No excessive noise, aggressive sales tactics, or disruptive behavior. - Music must be kept at a reasonable level. * General Guidelines - Vendors must comply with all local laws and event rules. - Event staff reserve the right to relocate or remove vendors if necessary. - Participation implies agreement with all event rules and guidelines.
